    • Accessible, supportive movement using a chair, including gentle twists, stretches, and bends

    • Build strength, balance, and flexibility through exercises for both small and large muscle groups

  • This is Gentle Yoga with a clever name. Sorry to have to make you click again, but check out Gentle Yoga. That’s what this Sunday morning class is.

    • High-energy, powerful flow with strong sequences, dynamic transitions, and a bold Brooklyn-style edge

    • Progressive flow format—build confidence with guided rounds, then move into your own steady rhythm

    • Cool down with gentle stretching and a grounding rest

    • Saturdays @ 9am & Tuesdays @ 6pm w/ Hollie

    • Slow, gentle, and supportive practice focused on comfort and ease

    • Guided breathwork, meditation, and mindful movement with gentle floor stretching and standing poses

    • Ideal for beginners, seniors, or anyone seeking a low-intensity, nurturing experience

    • Mondays @ 9am & 6pm, Wednesdays @9am, Sundays @ 10:30am w/ Hollie

    • Intentional, slow, consistent movement; flowing together through sequences designed to build strength, flexibility, and alignment

    • Slow, dynamic, mindful practice with more active postures, including standing, balance, and flows

    • Accessible challenge for all bodies with modifications offered to keep movement safe, empowering, and pain-free

    • Wednesdays @ 6pm w/ Hollie

    • Grounded, tension-releasing stretches on the mat to gently ease the body and prepare for deep relaxation

    • Supported restorative practice where you’ll choose your own pose of rest with guidance and props as needed

    • Immersive sound bath where crystal singing bowls create a soothing, meditative soundscape for profound relaxation

    • Wednesdays @ 7:15pm w/ Hollie

    • Full-body yoga that combines traditional poses with Pilates-inspired core work; targets core, glutes, arms, and legs while building strength, balance, and stability

    • Blend of slow, controlled movements and upbeat, heart-pumping sequences (with optional light weights) to improve endurance, posture, and overall fitness

    • Energized and focused; finish with grounding stretches so you leave feeling strong, centered, and refreshed

    • 10:30am - 11:45am

    • Hollie will guide you through a 75 minute restorative yoga practice while Massage Therapist, Lisa Martinez brings her gift of touch and therapeutic massage.

    • Space is limited to just 8 participants and prepayment through our website is required to save your spot. All props will be provided, but feel free to bring your own blanket, pillow, etc.

      Light refreshments after class.

  • Let's gather in community for yoga, food, drinks, and connection. Come do an hour of badass yoga flow, followed by a potluck, cocktails, and connection.

    We will be at the She Shed at Vineyard Lake. Those who sign up will be emailed the address prior to the event.

    This is a donation-based event. Pre-registration is required on our website (under special events).

    We are also hosting Faith, who will be offering some Tarot Readings! Bring a friend or come solo!

    Bring your yoga mat, a dish to pass, and whatever you'd like to drink.

  • Brooklyn Yoga's monthly Bottoms Up series heads to Cherry Creek Winery for the summer. Join Rosa for a fun, gentle yoga class, followed by refreshments from Cherry Creek.

    Cost for the yoga is $15 (or one class from your B.Y. class pass). You can register ahead of time through our website, or you can drop in the morning of.

    Beverages and refreshments are available for you to purchase after class.

    • Hollie and Amber join forces once again at Bridgewater Support Services. Amber is a Registered Equine Therapist and will guide the gentle and curious horses around the pasture while Hollie leads you in a Gentle Yoga class.

    • We're welcoming in light with one of our favorite events! 108 Sun Salutations is a steady, rhythmic challenge, but one that meets you exactly where you are. You can take breaks, move slowly, or flow continuously.

    • We'll breathe together, move together, and set the tone for a year filled with intention and possibility. And the feeling afterward....PURE ACCOMPLISHMENT. There's nothing quite like the glow that comes from showing up, breathing through the work, flowing alongside one another, and finishing stronger than you started.

    • What better way to step into a fresh chapter than with a practice that lights you up from the inside out. We'd love to see you on the mat.
