Intentional, slow, consistent movement; flowing together through sequences designed to build strength, flexibility, and alignment
Slow, dynamic, mindful practice with more active postures, including standing, balance, and flows
Accessible challenge for all bodies with modifications offered to keep movement safe, empowering, and pain-free
-
Begin with intention: A brief meditation flows into powerful Sun Salutations and standing postures to awaken, strengthen, and heat the body.
Strong, steady movement: Expect a powerful, consistent flow that challenges you and gets you sweating. POWERFUL…not fast-paced .
Nourish & restore: Wind down with a longer-held Yin pose to nurture the joints and connective tissue, followed by a relaxing Savasana. Some yoga experience is recommended.
-
Slow, quiet practice with longer-held, supported poses that gently target the body's deeper connective tissues while creating space to slow down and simply breathe
Calm your nervous system, release tension, and improve flexibility as you settle into stillness with the support of props and mindful breath
Leave feeling lighter, more open, and deeply restored; perfect for anyone looking to balance a busy life with intentional rest and renewal
-
One peaceful hour designed to help you slow down, release stress, deeply restore.
This “yogic sleep” offering will calm the nervous system and promote deep relaxation.
Although considered yoga, this practice resembles a deep, guided meditation. No experience necessary.
-
Full-body yoga that combines traditional poses with Pilates-inspired core work; targets core, glutes, arms, and legs while building strength, balance, and stability
Blend of slow, controlled movements and upbeat, heart-pumping sequences (with optional light weights) to improve endurance, posture, and overall fitness
Energized and focused; finish with grounding stretches so you leave feeling strong, centered, and refreshed
