Designed to Move Workshop

DESIGNED TO MOVE: with strength, confidence & ease. In this one-hour workshop with Brooke, you will learn the four fundamentals of movement that decrease back & hip pain. You will leave with an understanding of the simple ways you can adjust your posture so that you can get back to doing the things you love with more strength, confidence & ease. We will be doing very basic movements like walking and bending (not yoga). Bring your mat if you'd like to sit on the floor. There will be chairs available to those who prefer not to sit on the floor.

Women’s Only Self Defense Workshop
